Mr. Lam has extensive experience as an engineering technician and draftsman, during which time he has also assisted  in data collection during field investigations.  He utilizes this data to provide an accurate visual representation of existing conditions and to produce construction documents for repair and remediation. Mr. Lam is a licensed unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) operator.
