During his undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida, Mr. Zegowitz was drawn to forensic engineering through an interest in building design, construction, and materials, an interest which was only furthered by his intern experience at Nelson.  Mr. Zegowitz has assisted in the evaluation of multiple single- and multi-family residential and commercial structures for damages relating to a variety of man‑made and natural perils, including but not limited to installation and construction defects, water intrusion, moisture damage, wind, hail, and hurricane events.
