Mr. Statham has performed numerous forensic evaluations of commercial, industrial, multi-family, and single-family residential structures for a variety of perils, including hail, wind, tornado, collapse, as well as snow and ice. He has provided causation analyses and recommendations to mitigate expansive soils, moisture intrusion, vehicle and tree impact, and fire as they have affected superstructure and substructure systems.

Mr. Statham began his career as a civil engineer, designing roads, bridges, and traffic control. He has experience in project management, material quality control testing, and review of roadway designs. He also has expertise in the design and implementation of livestock water systems and reviewed pivot/drip irrigation system designs.
