Mr. Lipiec has evaluated and provided cost estimates for several hundred residential, commercial, and industrial properties for structural repairs and other restoration services such as mitigation and remediation.  He has consulted on reasonable repair costs for multi-million dollar projects such as college campuses, industrial manufacturing and agricultural facilities, and sporting complexes.

Mr. Lipiec has been selected as an independent appraiser in several hundred residential and commercial wind, hail, water, foundation movement, and fire claims.  He has extensive experience in project management, construction cost estimating, and cost analysis for residential and commercial restoration projects. Mr. Lipiec has testified as an expert witness in multiple construction defect litigation proceedings.
