Ms. Wilsey has assisted in evaluating a variety of structures for distress resulting from water intrusion, hail, wind, construction defects, and more.

Prior to joining the Nelson team, Ms. Wilsey gained experience providing civil engineering services for single and multi-family residential buildings, commercial developments, and municipal infrastructure.  While involved in her civil engineering studies, she analyzed deteriorated municipal roadways, determined the cause(s) of failure, and recommended reconstruction and repairs to accommodate increased usage.
