Mr. Nemec has assisted in the evaluation of numerous structures for damages resulting from a variety of perils, including but not limited to hail, wind, water intrusion, hurricane, and construction defect.

Prior to joining Nelson, he gained experience in the steel construction industry, assisting in the design of braced frames, structural stud walls, base plates, and pre-fabricated column and beam connections for multiple mid-rise apartment buildings. Mr. Nemec also aided in the management of construction projects and documents, developed complex and complete shop drawings, and performed on-site construction administration services.

During his time at Oklahoma State University Mr. Nemec was employed by the School of Architecture to lead and teach a group of young engineers how to succeed and manage their time in college. He was also a top finisher in his Senior Design Comprehensive Studio for best overall project. The award takes into consideration architectural and structural design development, feasibility of construction, and the assembly of construction documents.
