Mr. Zegowitz has conducted and assisted in the evaluation of single- and multi-family residential, commercial, educational, and mixed-use and residential high-rise structures for damages relating to a variety of man-made and natural perils, including but not limited to design and construction defects, water intrusion, differential foundation movement, vehicle and tree impacts, fire events, and storm events.

During his undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida, Mr. Zegowitz was drawn to forensic engineering through an interest in building design, construction, and materials, an interest which was only furthered by his intern experience at Nelson.
