Mr. Lee provides expert investigations and solutions to many client types, including municipalities, property owners, developers, insurance carriers, attorneys, contractors, and design professionals. He has also designed, specified, and overseen remedial measures to repair damage and defects on an assortment of project types.
Mr. Lee is accomplished in leading large, multi-discipline investigations and in coordinating teams of investigators and experts. His skill set provides a combination of technical, forensic, business, construction, project management, and litigation support expertise. Further, his investigative, design, and construction experience spans a large spectrum in the residential, commercial, and industrial arenas.
Mr. Lee began his career in the design arena overseeing the civil, structural, HVAC, and architectural areas of greenfield and retrofit construction projects before transitioning into the world of forensics. He has forensically evaluated civil, structural, and architectural system and material failures for many hundreds of facilities which have been impacted by a wide variety of perils.
Mr. Lee has delivered dozens of presentations pertaining to forensic science to a wide range of audiences and has authored or collaborated on numerous peer-reviewed publications. Mr. Lee has provided expert testimony in deposition, mediation, arbitration, administrative hearing, and trial, including in federal courts and in multiple states.
