Mr. Milks is an electrical engineer and power enthusiast. His expertise encompasses electric power generation, transmission, and distribution systems. He has extensive experience in large-scale power system design, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance. Mr. Milks has provided accident, fire, and explosion investigations of electrical installations.
Mr. Milks launched his career in Little Rock, where he began his specialization around power generation, transmission, and substation design. Mr. Milks’ entrepreneurial interests led him into the service sector to own and manage businesses in import and export, transportation, freight forwarding, and customs brokerage sectors. He has acquired licensure in professional engineering and real estate, and as a U.S. customhouse broker and instrument rated private pilot.
Mr. Milks specializes in forensic investigations involving residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems. These investigations include electrocution and electric shock evaluations, product liability injury and property evaluation, commercial and industrial electrical equipment failure analysis, illumination and lighting accident evaluations, and electrical fire cause determinations. Mr. Milks has provided expert witness testimony in deposition and trial.
